Is the new law good or bad? I think people should have to buy health coverage if they can afford it. Is this much different than forcing people to buy auto insurance?
IIf they have no job how the hell do they pay for it. If they make 7.75 an hour how do they pay for it. This is the part where i dont understand. If they make 15 an hour and have 2 kids and a wife how does he pay for it.
I say these are types who cant afford it. Ive been able to afford it for the past few years but decided not to. I hear you though Mike. Even at $30/hr its tough.
I dont like being forced to buy anything, esp. when no one in office has to buy it? I don't want to see anyone turned away who is suffering. I lost my brother a year ago to colon cancer { he was a great guy } he had no health ins, was having some problems for a couple of years { told no one } by the time he went it was to late.... stage four cancer. They gave him 18 months he lived a year. Miss him like crazy was a real nice guy, with a great sense of humor. So again everyone should be able to be treated { and they are } but don't make me have to buy somthing that those who are " running " the place don't have to!
Dudes, The IRS is the collection agency for this government takeover, projected to cost 9b, CBO say 2.6T, as in trillion over ten years, No tort reform because the trail lawyers have removed that, drug companies all love it, up donation by 2 x to OB, insurance co stocks have taken off, because it means more people, 24 year old's are the best risk, DA.., they don't get sick, they don't even go to doctors. We are almost 16T in debt, 38 cents of every dollar we spend is borrowed from China. What is the trend?
We have no way for paying for this, one small detail,
Tell me one government agency that is the model for cost efficient, competitive delivery of services or goods as the free competitive market. Maybe the GSA?
What about MD shortage, may be an issue? How can you collect from someone that has no money, they don't file taxes most of the time.
Let talk stimulus, failure, low employment, more like 15%, books and numbers are cooked. Solar and government backed companies are failing like do it your self roof cleaning products.
How can any CEO know what kind of environmental EPA crap, cost structure, and regulations is coming down the poop shoot next, so you hunker down until their is some clarity of the future operating environment.
When this cat is off teleprompter, his real beliefs in big government are very telling. Joe the plumber re-distributional wealth plan. All fro a guy that has never made payroll for any employees ever, let alone make a widget, or clean a roof.
By the way, we are not building our businesses, the government and the president took credit for that last week.
Thats right Ed I remember you wound up in the hospital, a day after a party of some sort right. Somthing with your stomach....you were out at least a week right?
