 This house is up in the east end (wealthy) part of Louisville called Prospect Ky. Lots alone in this development (5 acre minmium) are $275k and up. Smallest house allowed has to be over 5000 sq.ft. There are several in there that are close to 15,000 sq.ft.

Don't think there are any roof cleaners living there
