Hmm I guess softwashing is making inroads in discerning customer's minds.

I can't begin to imagine in today's 95 degrees standing on the roof peak lowering that " disc sprinkler" up and down.

I am very thankful to have found RCIA when I got tired of being ripped off by internet roof businesses in a box.

You think you got Lowballers?????

Let me give you a case study in a bid I just lost...

Welome to Renegade Condos...RFP was for all for condo buildings, walkways, small office/laundry facility and pool deck. Construction is Real Stucco over block, so lots of nooks and crannies! Condos are single door units, no back door entry, so traffic will be a problem for every unit. 2 Story Buildings

I figured 2 days for a crew of 2 plus me playing "safety ranger"

Winning bid.......


$1400

Needless to say, Spray Wash will NOT be washing Renegade Condos!
