We have been so busy over the last 3 months that i feel almost burned out. I just need to keep going though so i can take that vacation in the off season. Does anyone else feel the same way?

We have been slammed since march my guys dont really work the weekends but i do. So i feel like the only day off i had was monday (memorial day). And all weekend i put my enclosed trailer together. So i still worked my butt off.

Can we discussed slammed and busy? I'm busy 80hrs a week between cleaning roofs, estimates, SEO, and marketing. But I only consider be slammed "roof cleaning time", because that brings home the bacon.
