I have noticed a lot of promotional posts made here that are the exact same as the posts made on other forums.

This is a Big No No !

If you are making promotional posts you plan to post here, then make that Exact same post on other forums, often the same day, think again!

This can bring down the wrath of Google, when our posters here are posing duplicate content on other forums.

And, if the posts are made on other forums first, then made here second or third, it make US get known as a spam forum.

Google HATES Duplicate Content!

I don't know WHY you guys want to make promotional posts here, then make them on other forums as well ?

When you make promotional posts on other forums, and they work their way into the search results, IF they do, then here is what can happen.

A Local competitor will see them, and simply join the free forum, so he can add his 2 cents worth, or piggyback on YOUR posts!

Think I am kidding ?

That is exactly what happened to me, and the other forums REFUSED to do a GD Thing about it!

One competitor even bad mouthed our work, and the other forum said "he is entitled to his opinion".

That will NEVER happen to you here on RCIA, as long as Gary and I are alive.

We will PROTECT you from any local competitors by keeping any local competitors OUT of your promotional threads.

I am not trying to stop you from posting promotional threads on other forums, but please, change the wording and titles of these posts around.
