Hey Mike what about adding a piece of PVC to the end of your wand to get you the extra distance needed, and add a quick connect for your tips. This way can you interchange lengths of PVC or just use your regular tip.

I'll have to change The gun I'm using. The pvc is an option.
I used to get over 40' with my fat boy using 1" feed line and 3/4" discharge line. Had 2---100' sections. Only hooked them together when need be.
Now with my big air system I shoot over 55'. Love it.
I currently have half inch ID feed. Just bought 250ft 5/8 ID discharge line.
Mike;
Change your feed line to 1" and you will see a difference. Fatboy's need bigger feeds to get the results you are looking for. This is one area where big is better.
Im not a pump expert!! But if you increase the volume in and the volume out the distance should increase. I have the fat boy Bandit and distance is not an issue wind or no wind it still sprays as far as i need it to(safely)
I got rid of the elbow on pressure side, increased the id of the supply side from half inch to 3/4 didnt get much more height and the wires melted???? All the way to the battery
Another part of your problem is that cheap plastic dial a spray nozzle. Buy a regular pistol type metal nozzle. On a house water line it will spray at least 15' further than the plastic type. And your inlet hose still needs to be 1"..
Nozzles are cheap also, under $7.00 at most hardware stores.
Well instead of trying to reinvent the wheel anymore today, I'm gonna go back to the 7800. Tuesday I'm doing a job for a guy that played for San Antonio Spurs, and He promised a vid test. Gonna try a diff nozzle.
Gary can you find a pic of the nozzle you talking about and I'll get one tomorow.

I use an aluminum lance but that is the ticket right there. I can attach a six foot, a ten footer etc... Only had to do it on a few occasions but it works perfect.
