This was a nasty tile roof we cleaned in Safety Harbor this morning. It was kinda of a charity thing. Elderly lady.30 year roof that was 40 years old!

I don't think it had been cleaned in 20.

It had also been painted at 1 time.Paint was curling up,missing in allot of places. At first it was like spraying the mix on carpet!!

Thanks guys! This was probably one of the more neglected roofs I've seen in a long time.Safety Harbor Florida is an absolutely beautiful town.The Safety Harbor Spa is recognized nationaly.The are many older homes with tile roofs in desperate need of a cleaning and some very larger newer homes with tile roofs in need of cleaning as well.
