 I called and sent these pictures to them and they are sending me a new pair of shoes.  biggrin

I will be switching back to the Payless Safe T Step they do not split at the seams and they last a little longer.  confuse

I have not opened my new shorts yet! I am still wearing my old shorts from last year.     biggrin   

I liked them so much I even wore them for my regular after work shorts.

 Thats exactly what mine look like, they were awesome for a couple days. Now on to find something that works for sure.
