Well I'm getting back to working on the newer trailer. The one I built 2 years ago has been great. Last year I bought a lil bigger trailer and a hot box.
For me it's important for the trailer to be short and lightweight.
We started putzin some more today with it, and I have a 350 ft chem or pressure reel on the way.
What should be longer the chem line or pressure line? I might just get 2 350's, Was gonna go with 300 ft other line.
The hot box I bought used, Sanded it down and painted it with rust preventative high temp flat black grill paint. 2 coats. Then I chromed the shroud. Was too shady for that pic.
Then I remembered I got some old outdoor signs! Need wood spacers, ran out of time.
I think for a while the sign will look good?
Except for newer hose reels, tank for roof mix, and whip lines, I have everything. Just gonna take everything off the old trailer an put on new one.
Trailer builds are upbeat, positve, a good and fun time!!! Also changed oil filter and air filter on both trucks, Had a few beers cooked out! Made it real fun!
The sign on the side. Going with this for now because it's free. Sitting in shed. Gonna get stuff that pushes all our services latter.
Just remember when you do concrete to diconnect 100' of hose and hook it up to the pressure washer. All that hose does make a difference when doing concrete.

Going with 350 ft on pressure line and 300 ft chem line.
350' of pressure line is a lot of hose to pull out and drag around, unless you just pull off what you need for each job. We normally run 200' on each reel. If there is something we can't reach we just snap on another 100'. You may also find that your machine won't downstream soap with 350' of line.
