I was getting backed up on estimates here lately because we had been so busy, so I had scheduled this past Friday strictly for estimates. I had 8 scheduled for the day. Today I sold 7 of the 8 I looked at for a total of $8,600. The eighth one is getting one other estimate from one of the surface cleaner guys and the home owner is aware of the possible damage that could occur by pressure. Anyway I will most likely get that job also for an additional $2,100 for the roof and another $500 for the gutter whitening. Things are looking great on my end. How is everyone else looking so far? This is by far the best start for me out of my previous two seasons. The only problem now is finding help!
Great news. We have $6525 booked(roof cleaning and one house wash) for April, which is not huge but it's not the primary service I provide. The way things are going I might just rethink that though.

Good help is always a problem! Seems like the younger generation doesn't know what it is to put in a hard days work. Today, I found my 22 year old helper watering while he was sitting down!
I am booked out for the next couple of weeks with new calls coming in daily for estimates. I am having pretty good luck with landing most of the jobs I've been quoting. This is by far my best season! I did my first job of the season last year in March. This year, I have already completed 20 jobs before the end of March and still one BUSY week to go! I actually worked all 12 months this year cleaning roofs. I did my last job of 2011 on December 30, which would normally be unheard of here in PA! Hopefully, by November, I have time for a vacation or 2!
Barry ever since i let go and had my employees go do the work i have neen able to handle the calls and close the work. We are booked out till the 15th with another 5 leads awaiting estimates. We are averaging 5500-6000 a week and am tacking on more work where i can. Definetly the best start i have ever had just hope it keeps up.
I'm glass to see that everybody seems to be doing well. It sounds like we are doing a great job in educating the public about roof cleaning. Almost all of my leads had found me on the Web while they were doing their own research, and most know-not to use Pressure on a roof.
