does anyone have a standard contract they use for customers OTHER then a regular estimate type form from quickbooks? I want to get something that really get holds the customer to the service and payment.
I have a 3-part form that performs as a proposal/contract. I leave 2 copies with homeowner and keep 1. If the quote turns into a job they sign and mail 1 copy back to me. It then becomes a legal contract. I also have the scope of work, and warranties, type set into the form. PM your address and I will send you a copy. I've been doing business with several different products, with these forms for 30 years now, and it works fine.
