On very short notice, I got a call from a woman who would like me to do a presentation for their Home Owner Association. The meeting is March 20th this tuesday at 7. I know some of you especially down in florida have worked with these association, and may have some tips on how to sell them. I did a search and found some other members in this situation who had some good ideas.
That is a nice problem to have!! Go there and be nice honest and professional! Don't overload them with to much info because after you leave they retain 50% of what the told you! Now go and land it and post the Pict's.. Seriously I hope you get it Dan.
I'm sure you know this because you're a smart guy but make sure you have "before and after color photos" to show them. I carry them in a three ring binder as well as store them in a digital camera for all to see. Better yet perhaps a power point presentation is in order. If you have any testimonials that will be helpful as well. Perhaps the HOA has a small building(sheds, pool house, etc.) that needs servicing and this can be done while the HOA meeting is going on or thereafter. If you need a hand you know how to reach me.

Dan - call me if you'd like and I'll privately share what works for me. I can't post it cause Half-price-Harry (new guy around here) would see it, act on it, and cut the margin in half...... he appearantly works for beer money.
Thanks guys for all the support. I am a salesman at heart. Ted I read some of your previous posts, I'm glad your responded because I was going to give you a call either way.
