Just signed on as a premium member.  We were able to get enough info from your posts last fall to manage to put together a nice little operation.  We cleaned a small 24 building condo community last year and now they want us to give them a quote on another one of their properties that includes over 60 buildings that are two and three stories.  We would appreciate any advice and suggestions about how to price out this kind of property.

How easy is the access to the building? Is there room for a lift, it would be sweet if you could just zoom around in a 40-50' lift.

Thanks Mike.  Not sure what you mean by signiture but I did just edit our profile to include location as being Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania.  Just joined, when do I stop being a "guest"?  These condos have 4 to 6 units and have approximately 7400 sq ft of total roof surface.

We are planning to obtain a lift for sure.  Looking for recommendations for pricing per sq ft on large jobs like this.

Thanks Bob.  We really low balled it as a favor to our friend who is the President of that condo's Executive Board and to get the order.  We know that we left alot of $ on the table, just don't know how much.  Is there a good average $ per sq ft for homes and one for commercial buildings?  Trying not to learn from our mistakes but to grow from your experiences.
