Either way, if you get even a 1/2% return within a 2 week period it would be a full time job just doing sales. Unless you try to stall them which means you'll be striking while the iron is cold. If you get a 1% return then you just wasted time and money.
actually ive learned to make specific days of the week for sales, and specific days for actual work if i ever get overwelmed... it works out A LOT.. i also have found that customers actually like it if you give them a week or so lead time to be scheduled.. if you tell them you can take care of their job in a day or so.. they sometimes wonder why you ARENT busy and if your a legit company... just the experiance ive had..
I've had Graffiti removal customers in the city wait 2 MONTHS for service due to weather temps. And they are repeat customers.

I agree. I get calls "Can you clean my roof tomorrow?
I tell them "If you find someone who can clean it tomorrow, that's because he has no work. Is that the type of roof cleaner you want? One with no business?" Anyone who is any good should be busy tomorrow"
They always get the point. It's also true!

Joe I am unable to open the pdf files you posted... did anyone else have that problem?
I attached a 2012 USPS reference chart below
hmm no problem on my end.. i could try to convert them.. as for the USPS chart.. they quoted me the total price which included design, printing, and shipping.. I'm sure since this is the business they do, USPS is giving them deals across the board.. Trend Midweek is the company.. thats a actually flyer/classified.. but they also offer this individual postcard service.
