Depends.... If they pay extra to bag it up and take away or leave for their trash.

In general, included, is whole roof blown off, gutters and downspouts cleaned, sidewalks blown off, decks, ac units, etc. spread it out evenly in grass. Leaves Good fertilizer!

You cant offer more than that and stay competitive priced, even at the high side.price. Where I'm at.

Many people have knocked this, my, method for gutter cleaning. This is the only way to come close to same bottom line as roof washing, house sidewalk.

C'mon for a hundred bucks, or so, you expect me to be there all day, getting them gutters clean enough to eat out of and take pics of the inside??? LOL!!

We get them functional for a year. Half year if heavy spring debris.
