Not to change the subject but does she still sell the same fragrance. I heard she got caught watering it down. So they quit selling it to her to save their reputation.

If you use a hose reel, get a 3 way ball valve and put a quick disconnect on it so you can bypass running SH through the real. Running the SH through it will cause it to leak. On every job, I pull all 300 feet off the reel and hook up to the quick disconnect to avoid running the SH through the reel. I am simply using the hose reel to carry the hose and want to prolong its life. I have 2 hose reels and use only H2O in one of them so, that one, I leave on the reel.
Stainless steel reels are expensive. Unfortunately they will ultimately fail. If your going to operate the reels yourself Im sure you will rinse them out. If you have employees, 50% of the time they will not rinse them out at the end of the day, either with or without threats. I just had a 1 year old reel crap out.. It busted a leak on the inside at the weld. The weld is not stainless. The old saying "as strong as the weakest link". Even if you rinse them out the swivels never hold up long. A cheap repair kit will always solve the swivel problem, temporarily.
I now by cheap reels just to hold the hose. At the jobsite I unwind the hose then hook it up to my pump outlet line using 1/2" quik connects. It takes a few extra minutes but I avoid re-purchasing $400 reels and leaking swivels that leak sh and grind out your truck or trailer. Just keep the quik connects well lubed. You can get a Coxreel or call Paul from www.powerwashstore.com.
Reelcraft reels are the real deal, I have had the same reels now for 13 years, and I have been using one of them for the last 3 years for roof cleaning.

Eric you have a good point. I have been running mine through an electric Titan hose reel that I bought from Lori at PWP for a year and a half now with no problems. I do rinse it out after every job.
I got some helpful hints from some senior members and I was told you should unravel the whole hose everytime anyway, because it is easier on the pump and can help extend the pumps life.

LOL I don't have it in for her. Check for your self. She doesn't sell it anymore. I heard the reason from a local shop. She also called Don at Brainerd last year and asked him to raise his price of Amonyx mo because she can't come close to his price!.... Are you kidding me.
