Sorry for all these posts, I just have so much to do.
I just purchased all these domain names, and I need to pick one of them. My company name will remain A to Z Roofing, but I want another website that will be dedicted to roof cleaning. So the name will be plastered everywhere.
The Roof Rejuvination ones are there because it is a specialty tiered service I am thinking about offering.
Hi Zach. I'd suggest a key word analysis for your local market and use that as the primary deciding factor. Your primary key words in New England are likely different from those in my market, ie 'wash' vs. 'clean' comes to mind. Hence a local (to you) analysis being needed.
Some will argue that the Panda update over the summer did away with the need for a key-word based domain. I disagree and can show you why.
Zack, I think roof washer is the best, it also sends the meassage u are washing the roof. Roof cleaners is also goo beacause homeowners are looking to clean there roofs as to replacing them.
I think RoofRejuvination.com rolls off the tongue easier if you leave it in a voicemail or expect someone to remember it. I tend to stray away from domain names with a hyphen.

Roof Cleaning and Pressure Washing in Anne Arundel County, and Howard County, Maryland
I think Google mentions to be aware of having a seperate website for each service. Im not the best when it comes to websites but I think it may do you better to create a seperate landing page for roof cleaning and link to your current site. This way it wont look like a seperate site and they can all be linked to the same address without penalty

What do you like?
why not just create a seperate page on your main website and put a hyperlink with a brief description on your home page?
Google & Bing both like www."local name""keyword".com. ie: www.tamparoofcleaning.com or www.tampa-roof-cleaning.com. If your business has more than one focus do not mix together. Put them on separate pages and stuff the page with keywords but do not make it unreadable. It must be quality content. Keywords do not mean as much now but they still matter. Social networking & high quality back links mean more than keywords now.
Due to lack of business since July, I have focused my efforts to revamping my website & a lot of SEO work as I am also a computer programmer. My revamped website is a prime example of what Google & Bing want for the moment. I guarantee it will change within 6 months... SEO is never ending. I wish that I had known what I do about naming URLs and I would have named my website something else. I could change it but my current URL is over 7 years old and that age factor means a lot to Google and Bing.
The other URLs sounded catchy but for SEO reasons would be a bad choice.
URLs are lower case. www.bostonroofcleaning.com or more readable www.boston-roof-cleaning.com

Thanks for all your input, the only question I have about having a location in the URL is that I dont want to be pigeon held to one location over another. Using Boston, or cape cod, or any other just doesn't seem to fit me.
