Here is a church Randy went to while growing up and with driving by quite often, the algae is really getting bad. Contemplating putting a proposal together, but this is going to require some serious thought. The terrain is sloped in the front in the use of a lift along with navigating all the landscaping and not killing off the very mature trees.
The back of this church has a metal roof backing up to the huge wall with the cross. It has algae as well.
Even if I pass on this, it would be interesting to figure what would be the best course to handle a project like this. Give the brain cells a workout..lol But would be awesome to tackle this, as I do have some other bigs ones that are in my sights for next year.
that looks more like an arena than a church ... pictures can be deceiving, is that slope too steep to maneuver a lift?
the 2nd picture taken from the parking lot, you could probably use a crane (like Ray from Spray Wash did on that church) and hit everything from the side.
do they want you to wash the brick also? that's quite a project, would make some great before and after pics for your commercial portfolio ... good luck Kim!!!
I was thinking crane too. Nice part about a crane vs. A lift Is the incredible range of motion you have in a crane. The opperator could bring you along the whole front of that church without ever having to reset position. I would certainly look at soft washing too and see if that provided you the desired results before committing to pW...it might even need a combination of both like I just did on the hospital.
Also crane won't rut up the landscaping!

Thanks for the insight, seems to be some big hurdles, and yes the ground is sloped and narrow to the pond in front. I have not talked with them yet as I am not sure if this is do-able for us. Our rig is in Fl. and this is in Mi. I am sure someone at sometime will have to clean this sooner or later, if I get it figured out it may be us doing it.
