Good job Ray!  Was that a concrete building that was painted?  I would say stucco but I see seams in it...

Marcus, it was a light texture stucco skim coat over concrete block. It had seen better days, lots of cracks & deferred maintenance.

Sometimes you just can't get all of the stains out of that material if it has been neglected for a long time.  Looks like it cleaned up fairy well for you.
