This home has cedar siding that hadn't been painted or cleaned in 15 years. The mold and algae were removed by soft washing, which is similar to pressure washing, but a different application is used to prevent any damage to the surface.

NICE Soft-Washing WORK! biggrin

I wish I could do more soft-washing down here in Florida [besides roofs] but most of these homes have a fortune in plants and many have soft-leafed plants like Hibiscus.
It makes it hard to apply anything stronger than the 10% a pressure washing machine puts out. hmm

thanks Chuck ... i just applied with the roof set up and had my helper rinse and water the plants with the pw ... we did a ton of rinsing, before & after, but i still get real nervous that i'll get the call
