Rex ( Loris dad ) is a really busy guy and he took time out to set up the electrical circuitry for me ( awesome rex cheers mate )

even Loris mum Diane was on hand with words of wisdom & the pricing was brilliant, and they turned out on a Sunday to do all this for one little customer, gentlemen ( and ladies of course ) my final words.

It`s family firms like PWP with the commitment to excellence, customer service and great pricing that encourage other small firms, like us roof cleaners to get out there and do the same for our customers that will put this great nation back on it`s feet.

Remember a few weeks or more ago, when you called me on the phone, before you had asked your 1st question here?

Didn't I tell you to call Lori and that she would sell you everything you needed and not more than you needed?

He called me, so I tried to help him.

He really seemed like a nice guy on the phone and I think he is.

He's just looking too hard and not taking advice as well as he should.

Whether anyone like PWP or not, Lori will sell you everything you need and it will be the right stuff!

I never felt she tried to sell me on anything extra, personally.

As to Rex, I never had a problem with him at all and consider him to be a freakin' genius at fixing pumps and even pressure washer pumps!

Heck, from talking with him, he's one of those guys who can make or fix darn near everything!

I agree Simon.  PWP is a great family run business that is out to help the contractor and has great prices.  If only there was more time in the day so that they could help everyone.
