There is no way to sugar coat, that guy and his company are TERRIBlLE! I called and left a voicemail for them on Sunday, asking for a call back from anyone for the 12' suction hose with a filter on it, no call back all Monday. I finally get someone on the phone at 9:30AM Tuesday and she was nice, her name was Diane. She was unable to help me so she said she'd have someone call me back. At 3:30 I called again since no one called back and apparently Lori jut stepped out for a few. No call back before they closed. I sent an email asking for someone to call me so I can finish my order and Diane asks me to call Rex directly.
I call Rex and this little asshole proceeds to raise his voice telling me he doesn't just sit on a computer all day and he doesn't answer emails. I told him I called 3 times to place a simple order and he mouthed off some more. That guy is a total piece of garbage and they need to learn how to talk to their customers. If anything, this guy should be apologetic for his company not getting back to me, instead he talks down to me with an attitude like a little freaking kid. I won't spend another penny with that sorry ass company. Proceed with caution when dealing with them. Its only a matter of time before they show their true colors if you haven't had a problem with them yet. Screw them.

i agree they have some of the worst customer service i have ever seen. I haven't bought from them in a year and a half and i still hear the same stories from you guys over and over again. Pay a little more, not much and go to bob with pressure tek he always answers the phone and always gives great advice.
Sorry to hear that. Everytime I have left a message he gets right back to me. I have order alot from him and delivery is real fast and he has always been pleasant.
Personally I still use them. Good luck Phil, I can understand your feelings. Business is business.
Oh well, I ended up just making my own. I wrote this earlier as I was fuming after dealing with that garbage. If they work great for you guys, that's great. I won't be spending my money with them anymore, though. Rex offers a good example of how to NEVER act with ANY of your customers. If a customer called me 3 times when I wasn't returning their calls like I said I would, the last thing I would do is go off on them. Why? Obviously they would be choosing to spend their money with me, what sense does it make to go off on them like an ass when my company is the one who kept dropping the damn ball?
I will say that when Lori is on, she is helpful as can be, and she has spent a lot of time helping me in the past, but what's up with all the inconsistency?

I still go to Pressure Tek, I just didn't think they carried that type of product. I purchased my "Fatboy Bandit" setup from them and I've been very happy with it.

Rex busts his ass 24/7 driving all over Florida delivering parts and supplies, and repairing broken equipment for all his customers. He is outspoken and opinionated, but the Man knows his shit about eqipment. He is definately overworked, and perhaps you got him on a bad day ?

Chris, do you flip out on your paying customers when you are having a bad day? Especially if your company dropped the ball? I sure don't.
I never said he didn't know his stuff about equipment, I'm sure he does and I've heard that numerous times. The unprofessional manner in which he conducted himself was infuriating.

Everybody thats been here at the RCIA a while now, like you, loved doing business with Lori and PWP. They been having some issues for a time now.
I'm thinking phone ringing off the hook there, need to outsourse some responsability, or hire another employee, I hate overhead, it can kill you in the winter.
Nobody knows whats going on but some products appear to be watered down, Worsened customer service. Too much phone tag.
You were a loyal customer, as were many. Loyal to the company and not to the cheapest price.
I am gonna look elsewhere for fragrace, and been doing great with dish soap!
