I'm waiting on a sample of 3 springs for the SSS injector, which seems to be the only part that ever goes bad. I burn thru roughly 3-4 per season on each machine. E Spec charges $10 for the repair kit. If I buy 100 I can get for about $1 per spring. Is anyone interested in chipping in for, lets say, qty 10? Pm me if anyone is intetested. Again, I have to sample them to make sure they work because the OD dimensions are a few thousanths mm off. They are stainless.

Ed, that is the best injector on the market as far as I am concerned.  If you rinse them out they will last a good 6 months of more.  I might be interested.  Keep me abreast of what you find.

They work. Theyre a little different but they work. the one on the right is what they are. The one on the left is the remaining of one I just pulled out. except for those who already said they want, is there anyone else?

no its not too late. They havent yet arrived. I ordered them with 316 stainless which brought my price to $137 for 100 pieces. If you take take 10 you will pay $13.70 plus whatever it cost to ship to you. I will let you all know when they come in. So we are getting a better grade stainless spring at $1.37 per spring as opposed to buying for $10 each at Envirospec.

I had the same problem also until I started using Envirospes Super Suds Sucker.  It works and is rebuildable.

With the super suds sucker, can you use store bought bleach or does it need to be 12%?

I would recommend 12% SH.  If you use store bought which is 6.25% SH at best,  you will be there a while.

You can use whatever you want brother. Other chemical injectors can be downright finicky. Add a few feet of hose or change your gun can be enough to cause them to stop working. That's the beauty of SSS is that it seems to work no matter what you do.

Ed, I've been having issues with my high draw injector lately, I had to beat the crap out of it the other day and she finally started sucking again hahaha. I'm considering the SSS, but don't want to buy the wrong one. Should it be the adjustable or non-adjustable? I've got a 5.5gpm machine, any recommendation on which to buy for that?

I would recomend the non adjustable SSS.  I have been using them for years.  The adjustable is just one more thing to go wrong.
