If I may, this info might save you some physicial harm and some property damage.

I noticed that you use NO ladder stabilizer. Gutters can get damaged very easily, and they are expensive to replace.

You apparently do not own a respirator, safety glasses/face shield and some rubber gloves. If you ever get a face full of SH you will appreciate them.

There appeared to be NO type of containment on the downspouts, along with NO ground person watering the spray that was going everywhere when you shot the sides and bottoms. Have you killed a LOT of plants this year?

This info is meant to help you with your business and preserve the professionalism of the roof cleaning trade. Hope you take it that way.

Gary

You dont know if the gutters are the thin cheap chit or not. Best to use stabilizers. It also transfers some of the weight to the roof holding the ladder to the top of the roof.

Thats from a guy that just doesnt clean gutters, I hang them too!

Think $20 bucks you can get one from Depo, or lowes.

Good post Gary!

The T-Shirt, shorts and cigarette really shouldn't be shown in the video as well as the bleach being shot all over the right side of the lawn. Just my .02 worth.

You cant use this, other roof cleaners will pick you apart!

No systems were in place for the ground, overspray on gutters. Prob left clean drips on gutter, Thats horrible! Yea now they need a gutter scrubbing, but that NOT what they bought.

This musta been what I was like comming in, lol!!! I caught all kinda hell. Take it personal and chang how you sell, your systems,

erase this video or keep it as "how I learned"

were not the same but you can learn like I did.

There was NO common sense with this vid, sorry man.

 (you thank me later)

Hi Mike, good to hear from you. I haven't worked on any radios this summer... the powerwashing and roofs have been overwhelming. No time to do anything but clean roofs and buildings. I just had to postpone several buildings in New York (not tall, 3 stories) because of all this work. I take care of their buildings here in Massachusetts so they are understanding and are willing to let it get done at the start of next season. It's just been a crazy busy year. I'm looking forward to the winter so I can get back to my radios waiting to be restored.

By the way I made a PWM (Pulsed Width Modulator) to run my DC roof pumps. I think I told you about this idea I had last summer for these pumps because I was sick of toasting the pressure switches on the Delavans. Anyways... it works great. It's great to be able to control the output of the pump my controling the speed of the pump without altering the voltage or amperage. If you want to see pictures of it of a video of it working just let me know. Maybe others on this board want to see it.
