Ed, are you still having a lil trouble with workers? One thing I remember a guy told me, " never pay an employee on a Friday if you want him to work Saturday"

Yes Pat. Until I gain some momentun I will go thru this level of growing pains. Im not giving up until I get it right. In the beginning we fret over what type of equipment were gonna buy and how we're going to get work. The real moneys gettin made you get at least 3 trucks moving steady, everyday.

I'm thinkin goin old skool bullwhip, current technology cattle prod/tazer, or future tek electro-mangnetic cellphone intterupt to cutout the texting BS disbelief

 

Or implementing the "more money you make me, the more you get a cut of" but that requires a certain level of intelligence/ give a schit attitude.  Not bettin on that anymore.
