I wont ever do anything for free or discounted again. I did a church earlier this year for free. It sits on a busy highway. I put a sign out front and did half of it, they let me keep it that way for about two weeks and I went and finished it. After paying for chemical, gas, employee and all the other expenses... I lost a lot of money. The real kick in the sack...not one call about it. From now on, I will get paid to work.
