nice work Bruce. Seems like Iowa has nothing but cedar roofs. I think you have posted pics of more cedar roofs this year so far than we have cedar roofed houses total in my area. I have one near me, but it is so bad with moss, and about 3 foot trees growing on it that I have not even stopped to talk with him.
I would like to do a couple more that seem to be not so bad, before I tackle one so bad.

 The key to these type roofs is the felt under the shingles. Though they can look like you could grow a garden on them, they can clean up good. If the felt isn't cracked or dry rotted your good to go on cleaning.
