FYI;

If you look, you will notice Bob is NO LONGER a listed vendor on RCIA. I was curious as to why and called his company. A employee who answered the phone stated that he had "HEARD" that RCIA was going to start charging vendors to be listed here and he did not want to.pay any money to support RCIA. And yet, some sing his praises and support his company, even when the story is total BS and being a "paid vendor" is optional at this point. JMHOBFH.

Common. He's definetly one of the best vendors out there. Instead we let whachos like lori who by the way was supposed to be banned for life back on here. Gary did you talk to bob himself or just an employee? Until you talk to bob then you really cant go by what his employee said.

Bob runs a pretty tight ship. I purchased 2- 3/8"x200' hoses from Lori. She was the cheapest by far. That was over 10 days ago and told her I needed asap, cuz I do. Bob would of had that chit at my door 2days later. I shopped by price and stilll have 1 truck down and a thumb up my azz.

I here ya Gary, truth is I don't do business with people based on whether or not they support the RCIA, especially with one that hasn't returned my calls, PM or emails in over a week on a $1200 order.

The only vendors I deal with are Bob and Russ both are stand-up guys. if they can't ship something I receive a phone call right away and if they have it in stock it is there in a couple of days.

I learned along time ago about the difference between price and cost.

As usual, what was stated is taken the wrong way and things read into it. I am in NO way taking the side of ANY vendor. Make your own choice who to do business with. I said NOTHING about Lori, but yet she had to be brought up. I'm from the OLD school. You support me, I'll support you. That is NOT happening in this arrangement. Is this the way business should be?

Thats part of the problem with forums. Come advertise for FREE for a while and then vanish when it LOOKS like you may have to pay your way. Any other "GUESSES" why the listing vanished?
