I suck. There is no way ,at this point,I can do a quick meet & greet, set up an area,protect landscaping,get it watered in,get my mix set,shoot the roof,clean up everything and collect a check in 2 hours. Maybe a 900 sqft house??

Perfection comes with time! biggrin

(approx 1400 sq ft) downspouts went underground to dry wells. Small landscaping.

Dream job as far as ease of completion. Only placed ladder twice.

Must be totally different roofs then what we have here.And your getting $.40 a sqft?? WOW!!!!!!!!!!
I swear to God I gave a guy an email quote.He's about an hour away,pulled it up on google.2,850 sqft with a free house wash $435 just to see what he would say.

Here is his email:
I saw your proposal and very impressive and somewhat expensive. Thanks!!!!!

Funny has I'm reading this I got a call from a buddy. He is a landscaper doing a job for a store that is getting ready for all the big wigs on Wensday. She asked him if he did power washing? He said no let me call my buddy does. I was there in 6mins and singed the deal. I told her I could do it today or 6am tomorrow morning when the store was closed.

Looks like we will start off tomorrrow with a nice job

Roofs are not any different here! Just the way you present your services and the proper attitude which customers pick up on REAL quick. Here's some pics of job. Roof is still very wet and I Cleaned the stone faced gabel as a freebie. Customer "loved the results".

Had one like that yesterday. The wife was cute! LOL! It was a 750 roof. Bid it at 500. With 300 in gutter work. 800 job. Thought I nailed it!

1 or 2 gutter cleans added that day, bottom line!

I wrote out the contract and she took it upstairs...

The hubby said too much money.
