i apologize for bringing up a soft washing topic on this forum but i can really use the help ... just got back from an apartment complex that i'll be bidding on, and spoke to joe walters about additional coverage, here are my two issues:
1) i need to get approval from joe walters on my chemicals as there will be overspray onto the cars since the parking lot is only 15 feet from the building
2) i'm not covered for anything over 3 stories and joe said they typically don't cover anything more than that, especially since i have little experience with lifts and am a new company
any help would be greatly appreciated, joe told me to give Bob Hinderliter a call for help with my mix
You can have them moved.Or block off a certain area as you work.Co-ordinate this with management.I'm sure they would like to avoid any litigation as well.
thanks aaron, my plan was to block the area off, and should some knucklehead leave his car there just spray it before during & after ... i have to go through compliance depot though so getting joe walters to cover me is the issue
this is the largest of the 7 buildings on the property, i've done work like this working part time for my uncle however my business hasn't done anything over 3 stories ... we've done a lot of work for this company though
I put in my contract that management needs to send out notices for windows be shut and cars, tables, chairs moved at each section you do each week and if not wet everthing because time is money.
I spoke with Bonnie and she said it wouldn't be a problem ... when I mentioned RCIA & PWI they loosened up a bit, plus I've used lifts before and told her I could get a letter from a company I sub contracted with last year.
Call me if you need any help with the bid, good luck.
