We FINALLY "met up" with a guy here locally cleaning 2000.00 sq ft shingle roofs for 75.00 each.
Ran into him in a subdivision up in North Tampa.
Retired Military, out working for nothing.
Said he could really "care less" if he was ruining it for everybody.
Rationalized his actions with the excuse"There is plenty of work for everybody"
He had a Gas Powered Pump too, and a big tank.
Told me he got all his info where he bought his roof cleaning equipment at, and never even heard of me
He said he tried Pressure Washing, but found it "too competitive".
Don't worry, they will both be out of business before long.
