chemical cleaning

hey new in the program was just wondering if anyone can answer a quick question. I am chemical cleaning a white tile roof that was completely black. i sprayed it with sh/water borax. it look really good  yesterday and today i have a yellow film on the tile what should i do

Was there a rinse down afterwards, possibly left over algae or whatever was cleaned. Just a thought.

This is why someone pays the $100 so things like this don't happen. I am new to this and I paid 100 bucks in the beginning because now I can call or email anyone and they will help me out. it may be worth doing the same.
