Whats the highest amount of gpm that 3/8 hose can handle in the 3k-4k psi range? If your running 3/8" hose at higher gpm can you still use single braid?

I could be wrong but I believe that anything over 8gpm works best with 1/2in hose and your still ok with 3/8 at 8gpm or under as long as your not exeeding the psi limit. And yes, you can still use single braid. If your trying to go over 4000psi though I would not attempt it. Go with the double.

As Larry said, 3/8 single wire will work fine with 8gpm as long as you stay under 4000 psi and cold water. If you go over 4000 psi or with hot water, switch to 3/8 2 wire. I believe the 3/8 hose will flow close to 12 gpm.
