RE: Opinions on sunglasses for working

A friend of mine is on the police force here in town. Through him I am able to get Oakleys at a heavily discounted price. They are the Gascan model(which I love the simplicty of). In addition to being polarized, they are coated with a material that makes them anti-scratch and shatter proof(a great thing to have on the eyes)

I love em, still on my first pair after 2 years.

That's my problem, Chet.  I lose them, sit on them, etc.  I wear reading glasses, so it's an on-off thing with my sunglasses.  I need to get a prescription pair I guess.

Someone told me that when you turn 40, eyesight starts to go and other stuff starts to breakdown, and abuse from earlier in life is magnified.  I said nah ... not me.

Well, at age 40 + 10 + 1 ... I can attest!  B-)

Take care of those eyes!
