You know, I have been talking with Delux for a little over a month now and they have been more than accommodating. I know they are in the business to make a sale, and yes I am buying a double unit skid, and a hot water pressure unit as well as other things. I got a little bit of a discount because I am going to the Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning certification class, but I would have probably bought it regardless. Since I am going to be down in Fort Worth I am going to try the Green Wash as my surfactant, but will be trying others as well. I will post pics and write a review when I get to try everything out.
Chris T, you had mentioned a chemical that could be used down stream to make the cleaning much more effective. Care to elaborate?
Of all the people that are putting the skid down, has anyone even used it? To me its a great idea and you could have freakin jerry maguire selling it, it dosent matter. Again unless you have personally used a product how can you talk negative about it. If you want vendors on here then you need to stop harrassing them. If you think you can build a better unit then make it,post pictures and put it to the test. Plain an simple. All you people do is itch and moan. I try and stay out of chit now but there is always the few that are just the miserable _ucks on here and think they know everything. Ok im done. Whewwww that felt good.

Deluxe are good people Hound. The downstream injector opens up all kinds of possibilities.
Ammonium Bromide is the activator used for toilet bowls that when you flush the toilet, it gets mixed with the sodium hypochlorite. It only takes a VERY small amount, use too much and it will burn your stuff right up, and turn it orange!
Get the RIGHT amount, and you can actually SMELL the bleach odor increase. It is one activator we are currently playing with at the moment.
A CHEAP Alcohol will also work injected downstream, as will Iso Butyl. Downstreaming chemicals into the roof cleaning stream opens up a whole new world of possibilities.
We need not worry anymore about non compatable chemicals eating our mix up with chemical injection
Thanks Chris.
So down streaming with the alcohol or ammonium bromide, I guess that you would just mix he surfactant in the tank?
You a also mentioned that with 300 feet of hose that it could kill the mix before it hits the roof. Or would it be ok as long as I kept spraying, how long do I actually have before it would kill the mix?
How well does adding a bit of sodium hydroxide help the mix? Why would you do this or what would you be cleaning to add the hydroxide? Ie cement, wood?
if you look at the mallard trucks yes its the same system but maybe a slight variation. He never said that him personally made 25 million but he did say the company did.
Edited to stop the drama.
