getting ready two clean two roofs then bam emergency room.

I have not had one but a buddy of mine did. He said he it hurt so bad if he had a gun he would have used it! Hope you feel better.........

A friend saved one he passed, it looks like what we call here in Florida a sandspur! OUCH!

i had that happen to me in december of 2007. It felt like someone was just stabbing and turning a knife in the back. they are painful.

Oh I remember mine all to well, it was a calcium stone, actually 3 of them.
I hope it passes for you quickly.

There is a procedure available where they use sound waves to break up the stone and you pee out sand. About 10 years ago I had one that was so transparent it did not show up on a ultra-sound. After about a year of suffering and wondering they finally discovered it. It was almost the size of a half-dollar. (try and pass that one) biggrin

They did the sound wave thing and after about 3 days of peeing sand, I was OK.

No pain in the sound wave thing. Just crazy watching the particles bounce around the commode.

My son just went through the same thing, he has 5, passed one and of course has to strain the urine to get them. confuse

Doctor said stay away from the RedBull and drink lots of water, plus drink pickle juice or vinegar mixed with water...

Lack of water was his downfall, drink even when your not thirsty.
