Considering the fact that those would take us 10-15 minutes each I would say your doing great with getting those prices. Damn,,, I wish we could get that much down here.
I did not get that much 1 is my sisters house the other is a close friends house I got about $150 each for them took me a little over an hour and a half each from set up to cleanup both said it would be worth it at $350
I'd be happy too. You'll get quicker as you go. I added a 125 gallon tank this year and it is so nice pulling up to a house not having to mix up chems. Save a lot of time also.
Lookin' good Kelly. I'm sure the Jersey guys will chime in soon. With small homes like that, I thinkin' 350 and up is very fair.
Tom - no DOT concerns re the new tank? My chem supplier keeps offering me nice vertical 100 gallon tanks for $140. But with even one of my others it'd put me over the limit.
Ted, Isn't it 119 if I don't fill it all the way up shouldn't I be fine?. The last day I cleaned roofs I put the sh in at home and filled up to about 70-80 gallons of total mix and was able to get 4 roofs done. 2 roofs were just half roofs.
Last year when I was newer I gave a quote of $2750.00 for a fairly large roof. I was intimidated by different peeks, odd dormers and other misc. items that I hadnt been familiar with up to that point. I got the job and finished by 1pm with a helper. I'm not sure if I would give that same price today. You look at things differently when your newer at this. My point is dont drop your prices when you get more comfortable, especially when its busy. There are seasonal prices, just like lobster. We getting into the peak real soon.
I think those prices are good just for the one side. Is that your price for the whole roof? Remember, gas, ins, equipment and a guarantee even if it's only a year. I say anything less then 350 for just one side is a mistake...maybe Im wrong but with all I mentioned if somthing breaks or you gotta come back what did you make?

(Sorry for the temp hijack) Tom - I think the 119 gallon limit is based on capacity to carry, not what you're actually carrying. Lets's see if we can get comfirmation on TalkShoe tonight?
nice kelly, i service PA but have customers in freehold, colts neck, marlboro and manalapan ... i'd say $400 is a fair price for that house. also, consider getting a small pressure washer, unless your schedule is full, it's a nice way to make a few extra bucks ... great job on the house, it really looks good.
