Hello Members:



This e-mail is to give you an update of RCIA.



Some of you know and for those that do not. RICA has restructured and Chris Tucker is now taking more of a leadership role, even

though his time is limited, as is the case with most of us given our season is here.



There are a number of members that are providing support roles, myself included, going forward.



1.)    We now have the certification process back in place. For those not aware of this visit the forum for certification details.

2.)    There will be a selection of new moderators and any premium member can apply. Please visit the forum in the member section

for how to add your name to the list. Under Moderators Post.

3.)    Membership packets have been located. Please forward your name and address to me if you did not receive one. As a paid member

you are entitled to it.

4.)    There is also a RCIA web site now separate from the forum and you can have your business listed on it. Send me your business information

and url so we can have you listed under your State. http://www.roofcleaninginstitute.org .

5.)    Every Sunday evening 8:00 PM Eastern there is a Talk Shoe program for premium members and every Wednesday for guest and premium

members. Go to the forum for login details. Much of RCIA business and future is discussed there. You can call in and/or use the chat window.



In the past I have spoken to many of you about committees and that changes were being made. That is now a reality.



I will keep this short. Just wanted to touch based and bring you up to date on some things. Going forward we will be putting out a newsletter

to all members and from time to time e-mail up dates.



RCIA is about training and education, but also about networking within our industry. On behalf of the many active members, I ask those of you

not so active to take some time and visit the web site and forum. Your input and feedback is wanted and needed. In the end we are all professional

roof cleaners and offer a valuable service to the public at large.
