I REALLY need someone to put together a short story about the RCIA (from beginning till now)

Second, I need someone to put together a FAQ List. A list of common questions you get from homeowners. If a few people would like to post a common question and answer, that works too. I'll try utilize them all... 

ex. "Will the chemicals you use harm my landscaping?"

A: "During the certification process, RCIA Members are trained to fully protect all your property, including your landscaping. During the treatment of your roof, any surrounding landscape will be watered to insure nothing is damaged.

We all know, stuff happens. This is a good way to beat around the bush. Providing comfort without lying or giving more reason for concern.

I would be glad to help work up a bunch of FAQ.

It will help with your SEO. Every one needs to cross-link for better results with all search engines.

 So if we're not currently certified we aren't listed on the site regardless of membership status and the fact that we were on the previous site?

 The certified members list is for officially certified members only. In order to

placed on the site, you'll need to become certified.
