this is a 4story storage building. i have to rent a boom lift 500.00 for the day.

have to use some pressure for some real difficult spots but most can be done with soft wash. what would some of you guys charge for a job this size.

doing the parking lot as well. that im not to worried about though.

i figure me and my partner could do it in like 2-3 days probably 2 but whatever.

 

what do you guys think?

keep in mind the test spots i did with only solution no pressure.

It looks like drivit and is very easy to clean with chemical. You do not need a lift. We do them all the time, easy jobs.
Ask yourself what do I want to make in a day.
If you want to make 1,000 or if you want 1,500 a day that is what you charge.
If you need to rent a lift put it ontop of what you want per day.

I just did a building a bit bigger then that one 4 story and I charge 2,500 just for the exterior and was easy (softwashing), I did it in 1 1/2days with a helper,
So, price it by how much you want to make per hour or day.
I should charge 3,000 but I was subcontracting from a janitorial company.
