I shall only seek RCIA certification right here, it's like buying a knock off version if sought elsewhere, if you ask me. I have read on here for over 2 years and got involved right here, so my alliance rests here. For me it would be like telling my teacher from school thanks for the education, now I will switch to XYZ to get my graduate certificate. The teacher puts the time in to educate me and now I give my thanks to my instructor, by obtaining a certificate by someone who has no clue who I am or what I know. Being certified is a fraction of what this forum has to offer, there is so much more than that, it is the constant or what used to be continual support by the members. There is no place any where else that does what RCIA can do, the sheer talent of the wide scope of members both premium and guests and the sharing of info in support of each other. A certificate anywhere else would make me feel cheapened, Chris I would never sell it out or lease it out, nothing, keeping it where it belongs right here! Kim R
You make the certification worth more than the paper its written on and Ill gladly say the same thing and pay $1000 for it. Unfortunately thats not going to happen.
What would make the certification more than paper? What's your point of validity?
What makes any cert valid? A valid certificate is only as good as the person or person's that teach and set the standards as such. So if Chris Tucker is an ineligiblet eacher and has no credentials to set any standards, then please pray tell whom may that be?
Because someone has money and has operated in an industry does not mean that they are the only and ultimate authority. One more thing to remember Scott is when amongst millionaires just because you are with them does not mean you are or will be them.
To furnish with, testify to, or authorize by a certificate.
[Middle English certificat, from Old French, from Medieval Latin certifictum, something certified, from neuter of Late Latin certifictus, past participle of certificre, to certify; see certify.]
I dont have a problem with the cert the way it is. It means nothing but its fine. I have a problem with the fact that it is EXACTLY THE SAME as the last one essentially and it costs $350.
I can certify you on anything you want by giving you a letter saying so if you want me to. Doesnt mean its worth anything or recognized by anyone. This cert is a JOKE and will not be taken serious by ANYBODY beyond this forum.

Scott, I really hate to tell you that you are wrong but I must.
The cert is not the same thing. Is it 100 questions and 2500.00 here? No! But there is at least some studying involved and learning as well as a way to track it. There is also no pressure to buy any products. The cert itself is 150.00 and yes, you do have to be a premium member first so it's 250.00, then another 50.00 directly to the master who does the verbal test. It's at least a step in the right direction and out of the hands of Delux.

Your funny. So if I start a fishing BB its disloyal as well. That is a business consulting BB.............your so dumb its just flat funny now. Either dumb or dishonest. You pick.
AC
This is just a factual thing. I was told that this is one of you're closing techniques with commercial properties. You would tell the customer they were either dumb or lying and ask them which it was. Who told me? I'll never tell, but it was someone who signed a non-disclosure with you. Just a point of interest. I have no desire to participate in this discussion.
Let me publically say thank you. You have done what nobody, inclusing me, has done which is thoroughly explain your position without any personal attacks or emotions. This post has given me a new respect for you, so thank you.

If you are serious Scott, I was surprised to see what you posted this morning.
Now, I am going to ask you publicly AC Did you have anything to do with helping a competing organization write a competing certification test ? That is the perception of some members AC.
"Nope never did and have never discussed the RCIA cert with PWNA. If you remember Chris my first ever contact with the PWNA was at the Tampa event in July. They were openly advertising their cert program then."
Some members feel that the minute you resigned from the BOD you made a deal with Delux and PWNA, while your name is still on our corporate documents.
"I made my deal with Delux in August of 2010. I was pushing the RCIA"
Bill Booze is on the PWNA Certification commitee, and he just said PWNA was nowhere near ready.
"Bill knows about as much as I as he has stated that the PWNA hasnt had any cert com meetings. I am not sure how they are coming up with it. I heard that Charlie brought a bunch of PWNA cert questions and gave them to our cert comm."
Hilborn, Mrza, and Eric Clark ate dinner with us not even a year ago, and had not a clue how we clean roofs. Yet you are telling me they are all the sudden "ready" to issue certifications for roof cleaning ?
"As you know Chris that was a meeting the Ron had organized with you and Bill before I was ever involved. The PWNA was already working on their roof cleaning program before then."
"Actually Chris Mike Hilborne has cleaned about as many roofs as you have. He knows how to clean roofs. Just not my style of roof cleaning."
For YOU to teach a roof cleaning class that offers PWNA Certification vs ours means you support PWNA Certification AC.
" I have an obligation to give a class that offers a certification test at the end. The RCIA didnt perform as promised and did not deliver to Delux what we asked for. The RCIA committed to providing the 50 Point Standard and a 100 question test. Sorry you were not at any of the meetings of the BOD to have heard and understood that. When the RCIA failed to meet the March 14th commitment that was agreed upon by the cert comit by its chair and also communicated as well through Bill Booz Delux and I got the vibe it wasnt going to happen. Then the PWNA jumped on that opening like a chicken on a june bug!"
Therefore, you are a traitor to the RCIA. The president of Ford Motor Company would never consider promoting Chevrolets.
"Sorry you feel I am a traitor. If honoring my word and working selflessly for an org I wasnt even being paid by is being a traitor than so be it!"

This is interesting! The committees weren't even turned into the BOD until Feb. 1st. The committees sat with nothing done until Bill & AC returned from Memphis. The first Crt. meeting was 2/13. Not once did anyone make a statement or claim that the certification was to be completed by 3/14. It was actually discussed to have it ready by 4/1 due to Delux wanting it by then and we were also told that Delux wanted 100 questions. The only information we got from Delux was through Bill Booze. The committee never once agreed to have this ready for Delux by any date and the chair, to my knowledge never communicated through anyone that the certification would be completed for Delux for any specific date. There are recordings as well as minutes to all the meetings.
The committee was doing this work for the members of RCIA, not Delux! It was only after the post was put up by Delux that the committee found that there was some kind of deal made with Delux to do this certification class well before any further discussion and vote. It was just days before that post that we found that Delux would be using our test and wanted 100 questions as well as a payment to RCIA for the use of our certification. We did discuss that the offer (or deal) of 150.00 was not enough.
Take the high road and do things on the up and up.
Too much strange stuff. I agree with so much stated here about the loyalty.
Is this loyal to RCIA: http://probizguide-compassrose.activeboard.com/

Throughout this entire post I have not attacked but only posted fact. Even Scott has been kind enough not to attack for just the shear fun of it and by doing that has moved way up on the ladder of respect. On the other had, you AC, the all mighty professional business guide, the person who has all the answers as to how to grow a business comes here and resorts to name calling when I didn't say one damn thing that would be a personal attack.
Is this how your Bible, that you seem to only use in your own defense, to prop you up when you want to boost your own ego, tells you how to respond to a simple statement?
Fishing vs roof cleaning. That is a stretch AC! We all know that your compass rose wasn't around until all the
If you are going to resort in calling me names when I am posting facts and not attacking you, then be ready for an all and all out brawl! I will post everything I can that will expose some interesting FACTS!
Dumb? How about this simple thing... Your or You're. Get it right!
