Bleach is a description of what a chemical does and is also a brand name that spread through many products today.

Tooth Paste is labled as containing bleach........not SH but Sodium Per Carbonate. Women get their hair bleached but that is Hydrogen Peroxide.

Wood can be bleached with oxhalic acid.

Heck you can bleach some things with lemon juice.

Powdered bleaches are but not limited to, dichlor, trichlor, sodium percarbonate, di-lithium chlor, calcium chlor, and the list goes on and on.

In fact I was in White Sands, NM this past summer and got a distinct whallop of the smell of bleach. Found out later watching the video back at the welcome station that the white sands were created from an alkiline field at the head of the sand formation. "white sands" from bleached gypsum.

I am not a scientist or chemist either.....but after all the drama of the past months things finally settle down and you post a remark like that????

It REALLY hurt my feelings David that Delux would choose PWNA Certification over RCIA Certification, and I am still hoping Michael Hinderliter will reconsider. I spoke with Michael, and he was under the impression RCIA certification would not "be ready" in time for AC's class. Yet, Bill Booze just came on the forum, and said PWNA is not even close to being ready for certification ? RCIA IS READY, we will start Certifying this week. Some RCIA Members are "up in arms" about all this David besides yourself. They are watching Delux and AC Closely, as well as the PWNA.

This is all very interesting and I agree there should have been better communication or something.

I guess "something" is the key word here?

Delux is missing a great opportunity here!

Let me ask 2 questions
1 how long has this RCIA be around and how long has PWNA be around?
what trying say here is that RCIA is still in young age were PWNA been around for years.
2 How many Certifactions cleass's does PWNA have?
I know PWNA has few certifacation that they teach
guys you got look at it at this point Delux is business that they have to look out for there bottum line so they going with company that has proven record for certifacations over company that has no record for certification.
