 This roof wasnt that bad. Caught very well before any serious damage. Just the black stains on his roof in pg maryland.

 This roof wash was done at a temperature of just over 40 degrees. Made the mix a lil stronger and some touchups, came out great!

 Well heres a before and after of the back, north side. We washed the whole roof and gave a 2 year guarantee thos ugly black stains wont reappear!

Nice roof cleaning in Forestville Mike! Spring will be coming to Maryland soon, so you won't have to clean roofs in 40 degree weather for awhile. But this roof cleaning shows what is  possible even in pretty cool weather for someone who knows what they are doing, and is patient.

Thanks Chris. Last minute, Bill pushed me to do it. It was a gamble with the temps. 3 times with touchups.

This roof barely need a wash. now its perfect. Ready to go past the warranty!

Just keep it clean.

I was gonna rescedule roof for temps, glad I didnt. It's done I'm paid. Stripping a deck tomorow. Whole backside getting washed. $850.
