 I was at one of my supply companies, and asked if I could wash this one section for free. He is going to send word up to the building manager, owner, whatever.

 I'm thinking regular old house wash mix? Am I right?

Yeppers Mike, you got it. Increase strength after first run if necessary and wait ten minutes for dwell time and results. Keep the surfactant thin or you will be rinsing all day.
