Ok, so obviously, Google thinks my webpage stinks and is unimportant, ha ha ha. I am hitting the first page for roof cleaning + city name, MD and with zip codes, but my page rank is still 0 out of 10. I've linked up with a few places, some with decent ranking and I've posted on do follow blogs attempting to get some link juice going.
What in the world am I doing wrong or does Page Rank just take a while?

Roof Cleaning and Pressure Washing in Anne Arundel County, and Howard County, Maryland
- A Page Rank(PR) update is not as frequent as a website crawl. So any new content on your site can be crawled by Google and your search position may update fairly quickly but the PR update is not so frequent and no one knows when one happens. - You should not worry abt. PR so much rather just focus on building quality content on the site and update it on a regular basis to keep the interest level up for the search spider. I have seen website with higher PR not rank higher enough for keywords but with no PR or lower PR rank higher.
Unless you wanted to sell PR links (which is again not a great idea), you do not need to worry too much about PR.
