To all that can understand Chris T's message I do apologize for my recient post, responding to another member questioning whether another member can change  US national hazardous materials DOT regulations.  Maybe the mild Florida winter we had fried his brain.  I will probably be censured under the new rules, but, well, I didn't miss the drama for the last 90 days and doubt that he will learn from the next few weeks.

Last evening, if it was so important to get "his forum back", why wasn't he on the call?
