nothing for nothing. I just want to know. If your a guy that comes in to this biz and just fouces on roof cleaning and nothing else! do you honestly he has a chance?

i have been doing this for a long time and i got to say lots of home owners look at this like (well my roof is 18 years old why waste the money to clean it ill just get a new one)
now dont try to give me your jargen ive hered it all! im out ther knocking on doors \

Yes they do have a chance. It's very hard though, and nothings free.

I agree , what do you concider a good life?  Also alot depends on what your prices are. If you are giving work away just to get money in your pocket, it will follow you around, you have to be consistent with pricing and the work you do. I would rather do 5 roofs a week at 600 than 15 at 200.  I still do this on a part time bases, but then i also get out of it what i put in it, so to make 60 thousand a yr part time, yeah,  I can live with that

Anything is possible.

We clean all kinds of exteriors though (except wood). Its just that many more chances to be in front of people. Plus, roof cleaning is a new thing here and not always known about.

If I had the manpower I would add window cleaning just to be in front of people a couple times per year.
