Demand pumps are controlled by a built in pressure sensing demand switch. These pumps require a balanced flow, too small of a nozzle may restrict the flow, resulting in the Demand Pump shutting off. Bypass Pumps can be used in applications which would result in frequent stopping and starting of the motor. Pump models with an internal bypass are designed to pump at a higher pressure with low flow rates.

on demand is best, 2nd most is viton seals. Equally important. Alot of this you cand find in search. Then there is GPM. There all about the same, 60 psi.

GPM. This is where it can get tricky. It's all in what you are used too and can afford waste. Over spray etc.

Do some searching on that!

I have the internal bypass one also haven't used them yet, suppose the help with restriction. I am going to use the fatboy starting this season on my big rig. Have done fine with the 5850. The 5 GPM is best, though the 2 will work okay.

I use the fat boy, love this pump, it takes a bit to get use to over the 5850 5gpm though, that fat boy brings a bit more chemical out the nozzle. took a job or two to not waste some chemical. I have both pumps on my truck at all times. remember to flush them clean after each job.
