We have a lot of Subdivisions here in Florida. Many of which are gated communities and the Home Owner Associations require them to keep their properties looking pristine. Currently we have been busy doing Roof Cleaning and Pressure Washing for many of them.

Go to your local home sales website and do a search for the most expensive houses in the area you wanna market. Then go there and throw flyers.

I've kinda been a lil modest, but why not find the richest neighborhoods!!!

Larry said they HAVE to keep the place up! Thats a need for Gutterdogs! lol!!!

Can someone PM me how to find these places????

Scott, that's what I have done for years. Knowing where all the high end golf courses are in my area really helps. I have been working in Johns Island for the past week. Smallest house is 1.3 mil all the way up to 10 or 12... Check them out on google maps. Johns Island Vero Beach Florida.

This is where I start Mike. Find these houses and go to them. If theyre gated, follow someone in. If they have a security guard, call a realtor and make up a reason why you need to be in there to look at a house they're listing, theyll call the gate guard and BAM, you're in.
