Wow Ted, that's great work! I grew up in Springfield and I have also lived in Burke, Annandale, & Fairfax. It's great that you offer professional roof cleaning throughout the entire Northern Virginia area. As more and more homeowners are learning, a good professional roof cleaning is probably the best ROI they can receive for their home improvement dollars. It's good to know that American-ProTech can deliver.

Must be nice to be able to work out of a lift!
I had one rich customer on Boca Grande rent one for me to clean his roof, but being an inexperienced operator, I felt like I was gonna knock a wall down or crunch up his lawn, so it ended up being done off 40' ladders.
I was embarrassed that I was insecure operating that cherry picker lift, but better embarrassed than in deep trouble!

You'd get the hang of a lift quickly.  It becomes second nature after a while, keeps you very safe and keeps the customer's comfortable and happy as well.  A win-win.

Awesome job American-ProTech! Ted, having that lift is a guarantee that the home owners roof stains will be safely removed from their shingles using your soft wash system with limited time spent walking on the roof.
